Fox Cities Chamber: Next session of Fox Cities Chamber leader lab starts May 14

Fox Cities, Wis. (March 10, 2025) – Registration is now open for the next sessions of the Fox Cities Chamber’s groundbreaking leadership program – “Leader Lab: Linking Organizational Culture and Leadership.” To date, more than 60 participants have gone through the program, and the Chamber is now seeking its next cohort of inspiring leaders or those who wish to lead culture change in their organizations.

Leader Lab is a leadership training resource designed to impact employees at all levels and across all industries. Participants do not need to hold a leadership position to benefit from this program – it is for anyone who wishes to drive culture change in their companies. It is comprised of a combination of seven in-person sessions and a series of short video modules. Videos will be watched in class as well as in between classes then discussed at the in-person sessions. Topics include: Mission, Culture and Excellence; Growth; High Standards; Dealing with Duds; Decision Making; Dealing with Conflict and Fun in the Workplace.

The program teaches a powerful array of proven, effective leadership insights and techniques. These “MindSets” encompass how great leaders think and what great leaders do. A leader’s “MindSet” determines their initial reaction to events, information, situations, challenges, and opportunities, and influences their longer-term ability to provide effective leadership.

Participants have the opportunity to choose from two class locations – either at the Fox Cities Chamber, or in Calumet County.

Classes will be held at the Fox Cities Chamber, 125 N. Superior Street, Appleton from 9 – 10:30 a.m. on the following Thursdays: May 15 & 29, June 12 & 26, July 10 & 24, and August 7.
