Green Bay, WI – Allyship. Community building. Join leaders from across the state to hear from women who are leading very different organizations, all focused on transformation and change that includes allyship and building communities.
The A-list panel includes:

- Polly Olson, Chief of Police, City of Appleton
- Mang Xiong, Executive Director, WUCMAAA
Through their expertise and experience, this group of women will share insight surrounding their success, and the impact that allyship has had in their careers. They will share stories surrounding empowerment, change and transformation that will inspire.
Following the panel, keynote speaker Jeffery Tobias Halter will take the stage to share strategy surrounding the workplace gender equity gap that exists everywhere, including Northeast Wisconsin. Doing something about it takes intentionality and learning how to be an ally to those around you, according to Gender Strategist (and Wisconsin native) Halter, a 30-year corporate leader, author, consultant and President of YWomen.
Day one is an evening of connection, learning and inspiration: Celebrate 2024: Why Women, Why Now, on Thursday, May 16, 4-8 p.m. at The Weidner. According to Halter, male advocacy is one of the most important elements to driving long-term systemic change in organizations. His keynote Engaging All Allies: Moving from Awareness to Advocacy will be a call to action for transformational change towards more inclusive leadership and organizational success.

Day two is a deeper dive into gender and cultural differences in the workplace, and how to make a plan to support attendees’ and their team members’ advancements: Creating Your Personal Success for Advancement Workshop on Friday, May 17 9-10:30 a.m. at The Weidner. In this workshop, Tobias will lead an interactive discussion and strategy session that will delve into the differences of how men and women define and value leadership competencies.
