Implecho: Announces company president

Pewaukee (March 21, 2024) – Pewaukee-based Implecho, a 100% employee-owned ESOP company, has promoted Bridget Pedersen to president. Pedersen, who previously served as vice president, has been with Implecho and its predecessor company for 12-plus years. Prior to Implecho, she was marketing and business development manager for BAYCOM, a sister company of Implecho.

“Bridget has developed a broad set of strategic skills that have set the stage for Implecho’s long-term growth,” said Rob Dillon, co-CEO of OwnersEdge, the 100% employee-owned ESOP holding company that Implecho is part of. “She is continually looking forward and focused on the operational and strategic decisions that need to be made to grow the business for the benefit of the Implecho team and all of our employee owners.”

Implecho provides audio communication solutions for trade shows, marketing events, corporate meetings, training sessions and facility and manufacturing tours.

As vice president, Pedersen led Implecho to significant growth. In 2022, the company grew 37% and in 2023 it notched 10% year-over-year growth in the events industry. In addition, last year the company worked with two of the largest trade shows in the world – Consumer Electronics Show (CES) and ConExpo – and was part of more than 300 events across the country. Locally, Implecho’s clients include the Association for Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) and Waukesha County Business Alliance.
