Waukesha, Wis. (May 25, 2023) – Lisa Reardon, CEO and Chairman of OwnersEdge Inc., has been recognized by the Smart Business Network as a 2023 Master Dealmaker and inducted into the Milwaukee Dealmakers Hall of Fame. The award honors business leaders who have displayed exceptional expertise in dealmaking, mergers and acquisitions and capital sourcing.
OwnersEdge is a 100% employee-owned ESOP holding company focused on investing in and building sustainable businesses throughout the Midwest. OwnersEdge currently has five operating companies in its portfolio and is looking to add more. Its companies include Asche & Spencer, Baycom, CC&N, Implecho and QComp Technologies and they provide diverse products and services to a variety of market segments, ranging from public safety to construction to manufacturing and music production.
As CEO and Chairman of OwnersEdge, Reardon collaborates with company presidents, corporate executive leaders and the OwnersEdge board of directors to develop effective business strategies for the corporation and its operating companies. Additionally, she spearheads the acquisition strategy to fuel growth of the ESOP. During the past eight years, OwnersEdge has achieved more than 300 percent revenue growth to $100 million and has expanded its workforce to more than 300 employees.
In addition to her role at OwnersEdge, Reardon is dedicated to fostering growth in the business community. She serves on the board of directors for various public, private, non-profit and ESOP structured organizations.
