Hartland, Wis. (April 3, 2023) — Renovations Group, Inc., a division of Espire, received state-wide and national honors in this year’s Contractor of the Year (CotY) Awards. Hosted by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), this annual award competition recognizes premier contractors and
remodeling excellence across the continental United States.
This year, Renovations Group was named a regional CotY Winner and was nominated for national recognition for a Basement between $100,000 – $250,000. The lower level remodel of a local Hartland home secured Renovations Group’s place among four award-winning Wisconsin contractors.

The award-winning Hartland remodel turned an unfinished lower level into a finished basement with ample recreational space while staying consistent with the home’s overall design. At the homeowner’s request, Renovations Group incorporated several entertainment and seating areas by creating a new
serving/bar area and updating the children’s playroom, to provide a fully-functional space. The star of this remodel, however, is the indoor golf simulator: located in the entertainment area, this central spot allows the family to nurture their love of golf and take the perfect swing.
