Green Bay, Wisconsin – Fairchild Equipment is pleased to announce its recognition by Yale with the 2022 Dealer of Excellence award, for its 28th
year receiving the award. This annual award honors Yale dealers that have exhibited focused leadership and continue to drive their customers to the highest level of performance in all functional areas of materials handling.
“Achieving Yale’s Dealer of Excellence award for the 28th
time is a testament to our commitment to providing the best customer experience possible,” Chad Fairchild, Chief Executive Office of Fairchild Equipment, states. “We are proud of this accomplishment and our team for their commitment to our core values which
has helped us achieve this award year after year,” Fairchild continued.
To receive the Dealer of Excellence award, Yale dealers must meet rigorous business practice standards and performance criteria which are assessed and modified annually to ensure alignment
with evolving customer expectations and heightened industry demands.
“Every year, the Dealer of Excellence recipients demonstrate their willingness to enhance capabilities and commitment to the safety of their associates, while meeting the increasingly
demanding recognition criteria,” said Bob Sattler, Vice President of Dealer Business Development at Yale. “The consistency in which they stand out amongst a talented network of dealers is remarkable.”
Fairchild Equipment will be honored along with the other Dealer of Excellence recipients at a special awards celebration in April, 2023.
