MILWAUKEE (February 2, 2023) – Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE) is offering a wide range of nonstop flights from Milwaukee to warm weather destinations this winter. Travelers are encouraged to book early to get the lowest fare.

“We know how important it is for travelers to escape Wisconsin’s cold, snowy weather and enjoy a warm vacation in Mexico, the Caribbean, or Florida,” Airport Director Brian Dranzik said. “We have a competitive mix of four different airlines flying nonstop from MKE to Florida with lots of flights – particularly on Saturdays and Sundays – to the sunshine state.”
Daily service is offered to Fort Myers, Orlando, Phoenix, and Tampa. Sun Country is flying to Cancun every Saturday through April 1. Southwest’s Fort Lauderdale nonstops are offered on Saturdays and Sundays, and seasonal daily service to Sarasota runs March 9 Through April 10.
Apple Vacations and Funjet Vacations are offering nonstop charter flights from Milwaukee to Cancun, Mexico; Los Cabos/Cabo San Lucas, Mexico; Puerto Vallarta, Mexico; Montego Bay, Jamaica; and Punta Cana, Dominican Republic from now through early April.
MKE also offers an inexpensive Coat Check service for travelers who don’t want to bring their heavy winter coats to the beach. The service is available for all flights in the Summerfest Marketplace store in the main terminal, pre-security. The cost is just $2 per day.
