Somers, WI — March 2022 — Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, has closed a land sale transaction for 132 acres located at 1735 120th Avenue in Somers, WI. The parcel is located just off I-94 near the Burlington Road full interchange.
Tom Boyle, SIOR, Principal at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the buyer, Becknell Industrial, in the purchase from a private owner.

Becknell is developing Somers Logistics Center, a 795,471 square foot speculative industrial building featuring 40’ clear height, 148 loading docks, and 184 trailer parking. The building will be delivered fourth quarter 2022 and is being marketed by Lee & Associates. The site also allows for an additional 1 million square feet of development.
