The latest art exhibition to be hosted at The Local Store and Volume One Gallery features the incredible works of Eau Claire artist Eric Lee. Describing his pieces, Lee says they are “expressions of wonder and empathy at lives I’ve not lead, at towns I’ve not built and at wars I’ve not fought.” Lee works primarily in oil in conjunction with a number of experimental techniques involving furniture satin, ashes, concrete, ignited gunpowder, digital components, and a variety of papers. His work is shown regularly throughout the midwest and in a number of private collections.
