Joe Horning, President of Shorewest, REALTORS®, Ranks Among Top 100 Real Estate Industry Professionals
Brookfield, Wisconsin. Joe Horning, President of Shorewest, REALTORS®, was recently ranked 93 on the Swanepeol 200 (SP200). The SP200 is a ranking of the top real estate industry professionals in the country and features brokers, educators, advisors and tech and media personalities. Horning is the only Wisconsin real estate professional on the list.
Horning is a third-generation owner and President of Shorewest, Wisconsin’s Largest Home Seller™. He first joined the company as a summer mail carrier and maintenance professional, and after graduating from Marquette University, began full-time employment at then-Wauwatosa Realty. He founded and managed the Information Technology Department and was named President in 2002. He currently serves as the MLS Policy Forum Chair for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), is on the board of directors for the Greater Milwaukee Association of REALTORS® and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, as well as serving the Metro-Milwaukee MLS.
