Company growth fuels staff additions
Elm Grove, Wis. – May 30, 2013 – ActionCOACH of Elm Grove has hired two additional business coaches to join their team. Joining the coaching firm are Rick Appleby and Dave Steffen.
Jim Palzewicz, Partner at ActionCOACH of Elm Grove, said, “We’re excited to welcome Dave and Rick to our firm. Rick Appleby joined ActionCOACH after enjoying a highly successful career including senior executive roles with Fortune 500 companies such as Compaq/Hewlett Packard and Foxconn. Rick has also been an entrepreneur, serving as founder and owner/president of a highly successful hunting, camping and tailgating products company in Houston, TX. Most recently, he served as COO of Dedicated Computing in Milwaukee, WI. He earned a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Western Kentucky University.

Dave Steffen has over 25 years of diverse management and leadership experience working with small businesses to large multi-location organizations across multiple industries including manufacturing, technology and education. During that time he has demonstrated a successful track record as a controller, consultant, project manager, educator and director of business operations.
“Helping others achieve success in business and life is my passion,” said Dave Steffen. “An owner’s business is his or her passion and success is their dream. I’m looking forward to helping place the necessary systems, strategies, and team in place that will allow business owners to transform their businesses into highly successful ones.” Steffen has a BS in Accounting from Marquette University, and MS-CIS from University of Phoenix.
