July 1, 2010, West Allis, WI – In mid-June Triad Construction began work on a two floor tenant remodeling project for DAAR Engineering. This remodel is on a tight timeframe and project turnover is expected quickly.
Werner Holentunder, President of Triad Construction, notes “We are excited to be working on the remodeling project with DAAR Engineering. The project has some interesting elements that we are happy to incorporate into the construction plans.”
Triad will be featuring natural light in the construction. The design utilizes natural lighting through the inclusion of glass door sidelights at all of the perimeter offices to allow for sunlight to reach the interior office space. Several existing skylights on the fifth floor will illuminate a conference room as well as offices and corridors below to reduce energy consumption and enhance the office environment.
