CHICAGO, June 13, 2006 — Baird Capital Partners (BCP), the U.S.-based buyout fund affiliate of investment firm Robert W. Baird & Co. (Baird), announced today it has added Steven Warner as a Vice President to its Business Services team. Warner, 36, will be based in BCP’s Chicago office.
“Steve brings significant business services knowledge and private equity experience to BCP, including deep expertise in sectors that complement and/or expand our business services focus. He is an exciting addition to our team,” said Dave Pelisek, Partner with BCP’s Business Services team.
Prior to joining BCP, Warner worked for eight years at GE Capital, making private equity investments in services and outsourcing companies in the healthcare, financial services and insurance sectors. Prior to GE Capital, Warner was a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at investment banking firm Wasserstein Perella & Company. He received a BS degree from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
