FOND DU LAC, Wis. (April 23, 2025) — Society and its employees have contributed a total of $182,712 to 110 causes within its nine-state operating territory in 2024, demonstrating a strong commitment to supporting communities across the company’s service area.

Among the many organizations and programs supported by Society’s donations are Big Brothers Big Sisters, Special Olympics, the American Red Cross, Charity Club, Magalena House in Texas, Fight or Flight and Children’s Hospital in Iowa, Hope Clinic in Georgia and City of Fond Du Lac Fire and Rescue in Wisconsin.

“Society Insurance is deeply committed to making a positive difference in the communities we serve,” said President and CEO Heather Boyer. “Through both our time and financial contributions, we aim to create lasting, meaningful impact for those in need.”

As a leading insurer for restaurants and bars, Society supported non-profit organizations dedicated to combating food insecurity, including Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin and Fondy Food Pantry in Wisconsin, as well as Sevier County Food Ministries in Tennessee and Feeding America.

In addition to financial support, Society employees contributed 430 volunteer hours to a variety of organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Mahalah’s Hope, Sleep in Heavenly Peace, Fond du Lac Literacy Services and EmpowHER. The company also hosted the “Big for a Day” event with Big Brothers Big Sisters.

To broaden its impact, Society assisted multiple charitable causes through agency and employee match programs. These programs allow Society to provide matching grants to charities chosen by independent insurance agencies and employees.
