Dues has been with Reader Precision Solutions for over a decade, previously serving as the Senior Manufacturing Engineer. This new role comes as a recognition of his substantial contributions to the company and his pivotal role in advancing its engineering capabilities.
Dues will oversee all aspects of the engineering department, focusing on aligning its initiatives with the company’s strategic goals through cutting-edge engineering solutions. His responsibilities will include optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring that engineering efforts meet the evolving needs of clients, and leading the engineering team to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
