Drees is dedicated to preparing for the future with a strong focus on people. He firmly believes that empowering individuals and fostering a team-oriented environment through continuous improvement is the key to success. Currently, he is driving the elevation and growth of a Young Professionals group at Menasha Corporation, providing them with more opportunities within the company and helping them find their voice in shaping the company’s future.
- Sandy Fragale, CEO, Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Specialists (OSMS)
A Green Bay native, Fragale began her career at KPMG in Milwaukee and eventually moved back to the Green Bay area to work at Schenck & Associates. In 2001, she made the move to OSMS. Under her leadership, OSMS has grown from 16 employees and five physicians with one clinic in Green Bay, WI, to over 340 team members and 37 physicians and clinics in Green Bay, Neenah, Oshkosh, and Marinette. Fragale credits her success to the belief that the culture in any organization is what will make it successful. She believes that helping foster a positive culture at OSMS is the single most important thing she does.
Fragale also believes in giving back. She’s been part of numerous boards and organizations including the YWCA, The Arthritis Foundation, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. For nearly 12 years, she has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Green Bay. In that time, Fragale and her husband Scott have been a big couple for two “littles.” She says spending time with her current “little,” is the favorite part of her week.
