FOX CITIES, Wis. (April 23, 2025) – The Fox Cities Chamber is launching a new leadership program, Executive Elevate — designed exclusively for C-suite leaders and senior executives.
This intimate, five-month series offers space for personal growth, strategic insight, and peer-to-peer connection. Through expert-led sessions and optional one-on-one coaching, participants will gain valuable tools to lead with clarity, balance, and vision in today’s ever-evolving business environment.
This program offers more than just professional development — it’s an opportunity to refine leadership skills, expand perspective, and connect with peers who understand the challenges those in leadership positions face.
The five-session series runs from 6 – 8 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month, beginning July 9, at the Fox Cities Chamber. Topics covered include:
- July 9 – Orientation: “This is About You”
- August 13 – Strategic Planning/Timing
- September 10 – Current Trends/Changing Workforce Dynamics
- October 8 – Prioritization/Time Management
- November 12 – Work-Life Balance
This program is specifically designed for active C-suite executives and senior leaders, and will be held in a highly interactive, confidential setting (limited to 8 participants).
The program is facilitated by expert session leaders Kim Underhill, former Kimberly-Clark president; and Dr. Dean Stewart, President of Ascent Leadership.
Underhill is a senior advisor and executive coach for Boston Consulting Group. She is actively involved in the Consumer and Industrial Goods practices at the firm, and works with clients to build and lead diverse global teams through business turnarounds. Kim has over 33 years of consumer and industrial experience, with a strong history of transforming businesses, accelerating growth, improving profitability, and developing talent. She has a particular interest and expertise in C-suite coaching and senior leadership team effectiveness.
As the founder of Stratégie LLC and Ascent Leadership, Dr. Stewart has been a transformative strategic leadership consultant for organizations throughout North America, including notable work with the Green Bay Packers. He has a rich academic background, having earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a minor in history from St. Norbert College, his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, and his Doctor of Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Additionally, he holds a certificate in design thinking from MIT.
Cost for the program is $1,200, with optional personal coaching available post-session for an additional fee.
