THIENSVILLE, WISCONSIN, April 16, 2025—Downtown Thiensville’s annual live blues
festival has been rebranded and will be bigger and better than ever in 2025, featuring an expanded beverage menu, a craft beer tasting, a beard contest, and much more.
“Thiensville Blues Fest: Blues, Bikes, and Brews,” presented by Sommers Automotive, will take place September 12-13 in Thiensville Village Park.
“We’re positioning the Thiensville Blues Fest as one of the premier live music events in the North Shore area,” said Katherine Egelhoff, President of Downtown Thiensville. “And with our new focus on ‘beards and brews,’ there’s going to be something for everyone at this dynamic new event.”
Regional standouts Altered Five Blues Band will headline a full lineup of some of the area’s best live blues acts at this year’s festival.
Along with music, attendees will be able to enjoy a beard contest and a ticketed beer tasting experience with some of the area’s best craft brewers. Organizers are also thrilled to welcome back Suburban Motors Harley-Davidson as an event sponsor—the Thiensville dealership will offer a special premier motorcycling parking area with additional rider perks.
Food trucks, local marketplace vendors, and a new and improved beer and beverage menu will round out the festival, all set in beautiful Village Park on the banks of the Milwaukee River.
More details about the event, including the schedule of live music, will be coming soon. For more information about Downtown Thiensville and its events, visit www.downtownthiensville.com.
