Madison, WI – Out Professional Engagement Network (OPEN) is excited to announce a fresh and empowering addition to our long-standing annual dinner. This year, the event will not only feature our traditional dinner programming but will also incorporate an LGBTQIA+ affirming career fair, complete with resume review services and a gender-affirming clothing closet. This year’s theme, Breaking Barriers, Building Bridges, encapsulates our mission to cultivate personal and professional leadership for LGBTQIA+ individuals while promoting inclusive and equitable workplaces and communities.
