New Location to Offer Additional Exam Rooms, Ultrasound Capacity, and Independent Patient Entrance
Waukesha, WI – December 4, 2024—Moreland OB-GYN Associates, S.C., a leading provider of women’s healthcare in Southeastern Wisconsin and this year’s presenting sponsor of the Waukesha Christmas Parade, is excited to announce its upcoming move to a newly renovated and significantly larger suite within the same building, designed to enhance patient care and experience. The move is scheduled for January 2025, and Moreland OB-GYN will transition from Suite 311 to Suite 120 at 1111 Delafield St, Waukesha, WI. This expansion reflects Moreland OB-GYN’s commitment to meeting the growing needs of women in its community, particularly following the recent closure announcements of Elmbrook Hospital’s Labor and Delivery unit and the Ascension Wisconsin Hospital Waukesha location.
The new location boasts a 59 percent increase in square footage, expanding from 13,900 square feet to 21,800 square feet. It offers enhanced facilities that will support the growing demand for comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care.

Highlights of the new space include:
- Expanded Exam Rooms: A 37 percent increase in exam rooms, growing from 19 to 26, to accommodate more patients more efficiently.
- Increased Ultrasound Capacity: Initially increasing from four ultrasound rooms to five, potentially expanding to seven as part of a planned growth strategy.
- Additional Procedure Rooms: The addition of a second procedure room will allow Moreland OB-GYN to perform more in-office procedures, providing patients with increased convenience and access to care.
- Independent Entrance: The new suite will feature a private, independent entrance, allowing patients to enter the Moreland OB-GYN office directly without passing through the main Moreland Medical Building. This independent entrance will enhance both the privacy and overall patient experience.
