MOSINEE, Wis., Nov.18,2024 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Mosinee Apartments, a 24-unit apartment property located in Mosinee, Wisconsin. The property sold for $2,350,000, or $97,917 per unit.
“This transaction was a great reflection of the demand for quality multifamily assets throughout Wisconsin,” said Daniel Bowar, associate. “The property was listed right before Labor Day weekend and was under contract the following Tuesday, with multiple offers in hand.”
Bowar, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Seehafer Apartments, and procured the buyer, Koble Investments.
The property features two 12-unit apartment buildings at 1212-1214 Mosinee Ave., with a mix of one- and two-bedroom floor plans. The 24,168-square-foot property was built in 1975 and completely remodeled in 2024 with a new roof, flooring, cabinetry and plumbing.
