Marcus & Millichap: Arranges sale of net-leased Arby’s location in West Allis, Wisconsin

WEST ALLIS, Wis., Nov. 4,2024 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a net-leased Arby’s location in West Allis, Wisconsin. The property sold for $2,083,053.

Yoder and Madison Harman of The Yoder-Harman Group, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, procured the buyer, 12947 Woodbridge Street, LLC, a private investor. Todd Lindblom, Broker of Record in Wisconsin, assisted in closing the transaction. 

Arby’s is located at 10743 W National Avenue in West Allis, WI, receiving visibility from more than 16,600 vehicles per day. Built in 2004, the 1,544-square-foot property is situated in a strong retail corridor with nearby retailers including Target, Home Depot, Menards and the West Allis Shopping Center.
