Kahler Slater, an award-winning international architecture, interior design, environmental branding, and strategic advisory services firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Joseph Sinnett, AIA to Vice President. With this promotion, Joe will serve on Kahler Slater’s Strategic Planning Team responsible for setting the long-term direction of the firm and delivering Kahler Slater’s strategies for growth and operational excellence.

As Vice President and Team Leader, Sinnett will continue to lead projects across the country for Kahler Slater’s residential and hospitality clients. He is a leading voice in several residential sub-markets including build-to-rent, mixed use, urban infill, as well as soft brand and full-service hotels. Sinnett aligns client strategies and financial objectives with design solutions. He has been instrumental in the geographic expansion of the multifamily residential practice over the last decade with notable clients in Wisconsin, Illinois, Tennessee, Texas, and Florida.
