GREEN BAY, Wis. (July 22, 2024) – The Greater Green Bay Chamber announces the promotion of Lisa Jossart to Vice President of Economic Development effective today, Monday, July 22. In this role, Jossart will lead the Chamber’s economic development arm and oversee the execution of the strategies and key action steps associated with the Greater Green Bay Economic Development Strategic Plan.
“An extensive recruitment process revealed that the best person for this role was already at the Greater Green Bay Chamber,” said Laurie Radke, President/CEO of the Greater Green Bay Chamber. “Lisa displays an inspiring passion for her work and a long-standing commitment to our community that spans decades. Her ability to build relationships and collaborate with local government and community partners across sectors will set her up for success in furthering economic growth and development in our area.”
Jossart joined the Chamber as the Business Retention & Expansion Manager in April 2023 and quickly assumed leadership responsibilities becoming Senior Director of Economic Development earlier this year. A seasoned professional with 30+ years of experience, her previous leadership roles before coming to the Chamber include Business and Strategic Partnership Development, Business Strategy, Account Management, Marketing and Communications, Sales and Client Service Operations, and Community Engagement and Investment. She has been a part of numerous committees and leadership teams, including executive leadership.

Jossart graduated with a Communications degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and has held multi-state insurance licenses and certifications. She has a deep passion for her community and is an active volunteer serving on a variety of non-profit boards, including Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity, the Schreiber Institute for Women’s Leadership at UWGB, Brown County United Way and the NE Wisconsin Chapter of the American Marketing Institute.
A life-long Green Bay resident, Jossart lives with her husband and daughter.
