Fox Cities Chamber: A few spots remain for next session of Fox Cities chamber leader lab; class starts Thursday, July 25

Fox Cities, Wis. (June 27, 2024) – It’s not too late to register for the next session of the groundbreaking leadership program – “Leader Lab: Linking Organizational Culture and Leadership.” The program is facilitated by Amy Schanke, Director of Leadership Fox Cities, the Fox Cities’ premier leadership program since 1991.

Leader Lab is a leadership training resource designed to impact leaders at all levels and across all industries. It is comprised of a combination of seven in-person sessions and a series of short video modules. Videos will be watched in class as well as in between classes then discussed at the in-person sessions. Topics include: Mission, Culture and Excellence; Growth; High Standards; Dealing with Duds; Decision Making; Dealing with Conflict and Fun in the Workplace.

The program teaches a powerful array of proven, effective leadership insights and techniques. These “MindSets” encompass how great leaders think and what great leaders do. A leader’s “MindSet” determines their initial reaction to events, information, situations, challenges, and opportunities, and influences their longer-term ability to provide effective leadership.

Classes will be held at the Fox Cities Chamber, 125 N. Superior Street, Appleton from 8 – 9:30 a.m. on the following Thursdays in 2024: July 25, August 8 & 22, September 5 & 12, and October 3 & 24.
