Brookfield, WI – Monday, June 11, 2024 – The Elmbrook Education Foundation is proud to award 61 scholarships, on behalf of our generous donors, to graduating seniors at Brookfield East and Brookfield Central High Schools. These scholarships are made possible through the generosity of honorary and memorial funds, community groups, businesses and school PTOs. These students exhibit not only educational excellence, but also leadership and service to their school and community.

The EEF takes great care to select recipients that meet the criteria provided by our scholarship sponsors. Over $1.7 million in scholarships has been awarded to our community’s graduating seniors through the Elmbrook Education Foundation. Students were recognized at graduation ceremonies on Sunday, June 11th.
“The Elmbrook Education Foundation is inspired by the class of 2024 and privileged to be able to honor 61 graduates for their academic, athletic and community achievements. Congratulations Class of 2024! We look forward to hearing of your future successes,” said Carrie Bown, EEF Scholarship Chair.
EEF was organized in 1958 to award scholarships to select Brookfield High School graduates. In 1999, the Foundation’s mission expanded to include teacher grants for innovative projects that benefit all students and raise money to support and strengthen outstanding learning ideas that improve the overall educational quality of our public schools. EEF has awarded over $1,700,000 in scholarships and over $745,000 in grants which enhance and extend the established curriculum and support projects that are beyond the district’s budget.
