Cedarhurst of Madison, which offers Assisted Living, will be rebranded as Charter Senior Living of Madison. Cedarhurst of Verona, which offers Assisted Living and Memory Care, will be rebranded as Charter Senior Living of Verona. Charter plans to bring its signature life-enrichment programming, elevated dining program, and mission of enhancing the human spirit to both communities.
