The top award was based on four criteria – BAYCOM’s growth, its impact, innovation and leadership.
Headquartered in Green Bay, Wis., BAYCOM is a 100% employee-owned ESOP company that has grown significantly in the past few years. From 2019 to 2023, the company added more than 1,500 new customers, including public safety agencies, schools, healthcare institutions, manufacturers and other businesses.
