2024 Republican National Convention Committee on Arrangements: ICYMI: Build out begins at Fiserv Forum for the 2024 Republican National Convention

MILWAUKEE, Wisc. — In case you missed it , the Republican National Convention’s Committee on Arrangements (COA) is thrilled to announce that the convention’s planners and build-out team have officially moved into and commenced operations at the Fiserv Forum, initiating the six-week transformation leading up to the July 15-18 event.

Over the next 42 days, convention staff in conjunction with our general contractor and production partners will oversee the transformation of the convention arena. Various tradesmen, technicians, local vendors, and specialists are working collaboratively to ensure that the convention set-up is in place and operational when the gavel drops on July 15.

“Today marks a critical milestone in our over year-long preparations for the Republican National Convention,” said COA Chairwoman Anne Hathaway. “In six weeks, we will have transformed the Fiserv Forum into a world-class convention venue for our delegates, officials, guests, and members of the media. The world is going to marvel in July when we’re on the convention floor formally nominating President Donald J. Trump to Make America Great Again.”

“The 2024 Republican National Convention is going to be historic,” said Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Whatley. “We’re laying the groundwork not just for an unforgettable convention experience, but for President Donald J. Trump to emerge victorious in the battleground state of Wisconsin – after all, the road to the White House runs through Wisconsin.”
