The Bridgewater Modern Grill: Hosts Meeker Wine four course ticketed dinner

MILWAUKEE –The Bridgewater Modern Grill, 2011 South 1st Street, is hosting an unforgettable four course dining experience, crafted by Executive Chef Steve Gustafson and Sous Chef Stephen Kozak, with elevated dishes expertly paired with award winning wines from Meeker Wine on Wednesday, May 3rd at 6:00 p.m. Special guest Molly Meeker, founder and president of Sonoma County’s Meeker Wine, will be hosting the event and sharing her expertise. Since 1984, their wines have consistently won wine competition medals, awards, and have been included in the “100 Best Wines of the World.”

“We’re very excited to host Molly Meeker and Meeker Wine at The Bridgewater for our first wine pairing dinner,” says Rik Acken, general manager at The Bridgewater. “Molly’s expertise and storytelling really brings the wines to life during a tasting, and I know our guests will enjoy this experience. It has been a priority of mine to showcase Meeker Wines on our menu since opening in October and this is an exclusive opportunity to explore four unique wines paired with our talented chef teams’ tasting menu.”

Guests can expect an intimate evening in The Bridgewater Modern Grill’s private dining room overlooking the Kinnickinnic River. Throughout the evening, Molly Meeker and the executive chef team will guide guests through the menu choices and wine pairings as well as share the rich history of Meeker Wine.

The Bridgewater Modern Grill opened its doors to the public in October, serving a variety of fare centered around the custom oak-fed Jade grill, exploring the essence of fire in food, at the center of the open-kitchen concept. The riverside patio opened for the season on April 15 with over 145-feet of full-service dining, lounge seating, and an indoor/outdoor bar along the Kinnickinnic River.
