Will Advise the Commissioner on all Matters Before the PSC
MADISON – Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSC) Commissioner Summer Strand announced today the appointment of Tanner Blair as her Executive Assistant (EA). Blair’s first day in this role is June 21. Each Commissioner at the PSC has one EA who advises on issues and matters before the PSC.
Tanner Blair has served in Wisconsin State Government for over six years, most recently serving as Director of Rates and Finance in the PSC’s Division of Energy Regulation and Analysis. Tanner also has multiple years of experience serving in different capacities at investor-owned utilities, both in Wisconsin and in his home state of North Dakota.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of North Dakota, as well as Master’s degrees in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Denver and Business Analytics from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Tanner currently resides in Monona with his wife and three children.
