Daily nonstops from MKE to MIA from December 21 through April 4

MILWAUKEE (July 13, 2023) – American Airlines will expand service between Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE) and Miami International Airport for the upcoming winter/spring break travel season.

Daily nonstops from MKE to Miami are scheduled from December 21, 2023 through April 4, 2024 and will be operated with full-size dual-class Airbus A319 aircraft, featuring in-seat power ports and free in-flight entertainment.

“It’s great to see service increasing from Milwaukee to popular destinations. These daily nonstop flights to south Florida will help travelers looking to escape cold Wisconsin winters and enjoy some fun in the sun,” Airport Director Brian Dranzik said. “This service will also provide an easy connection point to dozens of additional international destinations throughout the Caribbean and Latin America via American’s Miami hub. This includes unique and previously hard to reach destinations like Anguilla; Barranquilla and Cartagena, Colombia; Bridgetown, Barbados; Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago; and Tortola, British Virgin Islands.”

“American Airlines is pleased to expand service between Milwaukee and Miami starting this December,” said Philippe Puech, American Airlines Director of Short-Haul Network Planning. “Across our network of seven destinations and more than 15 daily flights from MKE, American is delighted to offer local residents the most convenient access to all that Miami has to offer and one-stop access to the largest network of destinations in Latin America and the Caribbean.”
