Matthew E. Whiteside, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was also procured by Matthew E. Whiteside.
Benley Manor and Central Park west, located in Manitowoc, were built between 1996 and 1998 and offer townhome style units with attached garages and fireplaces in select units. Woodland Commons, located in McFarland, was built between 2005 and 2006 and offers community amenities such as a pool, spa, community room and fitness center. The Trafalgar Apartments, located in Madison, was built in 2005 and offers several floor plans with in-unit washers and dryers, private balconies, or patios.
