Lindblom, regional manager of the firm’s Milwaukee office. The asset sold for $2,175,000.

VCA Animal Hospitals is located at 3710 E Racine St in Janesville, WI. At the time of closing the tenant had five years remaining on their absolute triple net lease. The Rowlett Group worked closely with a local broker to successfully close the transaction with a local buying group.
