FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE — Waukesha, Wisconsin, April 18, 2023 — HRG will facilitate the next IndieChat for IndiePet retail members, “How to Set your Store Apart,” May 11, 2023 at 2:00p.m. CT. HRG’s Angela Pinkstaff, director of business development, and Corey Paske, business development manager, will offer actions that pet retailers can take to build their business, strengthen customer relationships and loyalty, and differentiate their store from competitors.
IndieChat is a facilitated discussion via video conferencing for IndiePet retail members who want to hear from experts on current “hot” topics and issues as well as share and discuss their own experiences and practices on those topics. Pinkstaff and Paske will kick off the IndieChat with a short presentation to discuss using product assortment, services, and community support to differentiate.
