In partnership with Prem Meats, Hall of Fame Beef is a line of premium beef products from Six Springs Farm in Southwest Wisconsin. The animals are raised to the highest standards and are ethically harvested onsite.
Hall of Fame Beef was born out of a deep admiration Joe has for the Driftless Area of Wisconsin. Hall of Fame Beef includes steaks that are sourced from a carefully selected and unique blend of cattle genetics, including Black and Red Angus, Simmental, and soon-to-be Wagyu. This meticulous blend ensures that every bite of Hall of Fame Beef is worth savoring. Hall of Fame Beef prides itself in treating their cattle humanely and ethically.
