Bayfield, Wis. (November 22, 2023) – Good Flower Farm, a local skincare brand, expands its sustainability vision by launching a sister store Field Day.
Field Day opened in November inside the recently rehabilitated St. James Social, a boutique hotel, bar, and lounge located in Bayfield’s historic downtown.
Field Day brings a fresh perspective to a classic concept, bulk buying, and sustainable shopping.
Owned and operated by Rachel Carpenter of Good Flower Farm, Field Day carries an assortment of wellness goods and staples to support one’s efforts to live a sustainable lifestyle: bulk refills of household necessities like soap, laundry detergent, cleaning products, herbs, teas, and coffee, as well as body and hair care, women’s and men’s hygiene essentials, supplements and wellness, zero waste goods and gifts, and lots of healthy grab-and-go snacks and beverages.
Field Day’s focus on conscious sourcing favors local brands and businesses owned by women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+. The birth of Field Day comes from the vision for more options like these to be available to locals year-round, as well as a passion for prioritizing mindful sourcing, environmental sustainability, and supporting small to midsize brands.
