GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN, May 27th – The Saturday Farmers Market presented by BayCare Clinic kicks off its 107th season on Saturday, May 27th with 100+ vendors offering an array of fresh produce, meats and cheeses, prepared and packaged goods, handmade creations, flowers and plants, and much more.
Located on Washington and Doty Streets, the Saturday Farmers Market will take place every Saturday from 7 a.m. to Noon through October 28th, 2023. Attendees can participate in a free outdoor yoga session from 8:00 – 8:45 a.m. and enjoy live music from 9:00 – 11:30 a.m. as they stroll through the market.
New this season is Saturday Farmers Market merchandise designed in collaboration with St. Norbert College’s design program. Earlier this spring, the community voted on a winning design via social media. Customers will be able to purchase t-shirts, crew neck sweatshirts, and stickers with the design by Claudia Dumoulin at the information booth, located in the central market.
In addition, the Saturday Farmers Market is introducing a loyalty card program. Attendees can get a loyalty card at the BayCare booth, located in the central market, and receive a weekly stamp. After receiving 5 stamps, they can turn in their card for a chance to win in a monthly drawing. On the last day of each month, June – October, a lucky winner will be selected to receive a gift card and a farmers market t-shirt.
The Saturday Farmers Market will continue its monthly Family Days programming this season. Attendees can look forward to a Chef’s Table cooking demonstration, the Wisconsin Spudmobile, horse-drawn carriage rides, and more.
