MUSKEGO, Wis – Muskego Biotech, a new building located at W160 S6550 Commerce Dr, Muskego, WI 53150 hosted their ribbon cutting ceremony on October 18th. The ceremony was hosted by the Waukesha County Business Alliance and had partners, staff, and investors in attendance. The new building was developed by Muskego Biotech LLC and its partners Jerry Jendusa, Becky Jendusa, Nelson Williams, Brent Jones and Jason Steiner. The project was designed, constructed and now managed by Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp.
Three tenants occupy the 75,000 square foot building. Occupying most of the building is Xiogenix (Biocut Systems), led by CEO Rachel Bahr. This bioscience company works daily to improve the Tissue Banking and Cell and Gene industries by providing innovative and automated solutions to impact regenerative medicine, human health and well-being. Xiogenix was named among the winners of BizTimes’ 2023 Future 50 Awards for the fastest-growing companies in southeastern Wisconsin.
Also in the building is BREAKTHRU (and subsidiary BREAKTHRU Coaching), led by CEO Jerry Jendusa, and focuses on providing business growth strategies to coaches and businesses to them untap the potential of their people, develop their leaders, grow their businesses, and change the world. In addition to Xiogenix, the firms under the BREAKTHRU umbrella include: Ardent Animal Health of Lexington, Ky.; Vendura Industries of Madison, Wis.; and BREAKTHRU Coaching (formerly “Stuck Coaching Inc.”).
Hastings Air Energy Control is the third tenant. Hastings provides high value, quality engineered, energy efficient and environmentally responsible industrial air filtration systems, product and service solutions that protect workers from harmful airborne contaminants.
All teams are excited for the new building and the opportunities it provides: collaboration, innovation and increased relationship development with their partners, vendors, customers and internal teams.
