Verona Road Self Storage is located at 5258 Anton Dr in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. “This was as smooth of a transaction as you could have,” said Fawley. “The seller required a buyer that could close with absolute certainty. We were able to pick who we thought was the best buyer for this asset and they performed. This is something that sellers need to be thinking of as the market shifts and interest rates rise.”
