Godfrey & Kahn S.C. is excited to announce that Mark Bender has joined the Madison office.
Mark is an administrative and regulatory attorney who joined the firm’s Regulatory and Energy Law practice groups. The focus of Mark’s practice is advising clients on their interactions with local, state and federal government. He also assists clients with a wide range of energy and regulatory issues.
Mark holds a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a B.A. from University of Wisconsin-Madison. He brings considerable experience with Wisconsin state government, including as a chief advisor at the Public Service Commission, senior staff roles in both the State Assembly and State Senate, and serving in two administrations.
