Executive Agenda: Names Beth Bowers as new group chair

(AUGUST, 2022 – Brookfield, WI/NE Wisconsin) – Executive Agenda, Wisconsin’s oldest and largest membership organization dedicated exclusively to executive development across business functions, has appointed Beth Bowers to lead an Executive Agenda group in the NE Wisconsin area.

Beth Bowers is a strategic business leader with a passion for people and team development.  She has 40 years of experience in Corporate America, with most of that time spent in organizational behavior and leadership development.  Her industry experience spans across health insurance, manufacturing, banking and distribution.  She has worked for both privately held and publicly-traded companies, and has led global teams.  Beth has a B.S. in Management with a minor in Human Resources from Silver Lake College.  In addition to her degree, she is certified to conduct various leadership, 360, behavioral and personality assessments.

Bowers attended an intensive Chair certification training program in St. Petersburg, FL and will soon assume an EA group.  She is in the process of selecting additional members to fill a few remaining seats in the group.  The members are made up of executive-level managers from top organizations throughout the greater NE Wisconsin area.

As an Executive Agenda Group Chair, Beth Bowers serves as a seasoned executive mentor to the group members.  In addition, she facilitates confidential, quarterly meetings and conducts one-on-one sessions with members to surface issues, solve problems, and foster accountability in achieving their goals.
