MADISON, January 27, 2014- T. Wall Properties L.L.C. announced the completion of a significant long
term lease renewal in December 2013 with TDS Telecommunications Corporation and Telephone & Data
Systems, Inc. (“TDS”) totaling a combined 320,000 square feet. The leases are in Class A office buildings
located at City Center West (525 Junction Road Madison, WI) and The Wisconsin Trade Center (8401
Greenway Boulevard Middleton, WI) which provide various on-site and locational amenities.
