(Oconomowoc, Wis.) Suzie Chenault, a recruiting and sourcing specialist, has joined the staff at Rogers Memorial Hospital in Oconomowoc. Chenault’s primary focus will be growth and development, stabilization of inpatient staffing and leadership recruitment.
A graduate of Elmhurst College in Illinois, Chenault holds a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology, along with a bachelor’s in psychology from Winona State University in Minnesota. Her background includes a variety of human resource positions, where she was involved in full life-cycle recruitment consultations, placement for hard-to-fill and niche positions, as well as high-volume recruitment planning and execution.
“I have always enjoyed recruiting, but an internship during my graduate studies is what sealed the deal,” Chenault said. “Since then, my staffing experience comes from different industries. I am particularly proud of my ability to fill positions quickly, locate candidates for difficult-to-fill positions, engage passive candidates and become resourceful when funds aren’t available. I hope to contribute to Rogers by adding even more of the nation’s top talent to the staff so as to make a difference in the lives or our patients and families.”
Chenault previously worked for Accolo, a professional recruiting firm in Naperville, Ill., where she was responsible for high-volume recruiting with a “60 days to fill” goal. While there, she filled a variety of positions at different levels for multiple organizations.
