Hoffman Selected for Project
(Appleton, WI) Lincoln Contractors Supply, Inc. (LCS), broke ground on two new facilities in Weston, Wisconsin. The buildings will replace LCS’ current Weston location for the contractor equipment supplier specializing in the sales and rental of construction equipment.
Appleton-based Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc. will provide full planning, design and construction services for the $2.1 million project. “The project includes an 18,000 sq. ft. service and sales center and a 16,000 sq. ft. equipment storage facility,” said Todd Wunderlich, Hoffman project manager.
“We outgrew our current space so the new facility will provide the yard storage space that we need for equipment,” said Lincoln Contractors Supply owner Aaron Knief. “All of our employees will be moving to the new location as well.”
In addition, the new facilities will be located across the road from FABCO Equipment, which provides rental and sales of Caterpillar equipment. “LCS has an industry alliance with FABCO Rents, a division of FABCO Equipment, to provide a true one-stop convenience for contractors,” Knief said. “Our new location is across from FABCO Equipment, which will give us more of a campus feel among the facilities and will allow us to serve our customers more efficiently.”
The project is expected to be completed in November.
