Foundations Bank: Hires Bob Hoepfner

Hoepfner added to Foundations Bank leadership



PEWAUKEE, WI – January 8th, 2014 – John Hazod, President & CEO of Foundations Bank, a Pewaukee, Wisconsin-based community bank, announced the hiring of Bob Hoepfner, as the company’s Senior Vice President and Head of Lending.

Hoepfner has two daughters, Madeline and Emily Hoepfner and resides in Grafton, WI. “I am excited to be joining the Foundations Bank leadership team and the bank is well-positioned to serve the small business needs of SE Wisconsin,” said Hoepfner. Hoepfner was previously employed at North Shore Bank and has 21+ years of experience in the banking industry. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee and currently serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Stating Point of Ozaukee County; a comprehensive drug and alcohol resource center that focuses on prevention, education, intervention and assessment referrals.
