(Green Bay, WI) – Cornerstone Business Services, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Omega Metal Treating, Inc. by Metals Engineering.
Omega Metal Treating, Inc., located in De Pere, Wisconsin is a privately held company, providing metal heat treating services in east and northeast Wisconsin. A quality focused ISO 9001:2008 certified heat treatment facility, it specializes in serving the foundry, machining, OEM, and other industries.
Metals Engineering (www.metalsengineering.net) is also an ISO 9001:2008 certified commercial heat treater located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Established in 1968, Metals Engineering was seeking a strategic acquisition based on customer demand and a mission to grow. The Omega Metal Treating purchase is consistent with its growth strategy to broaden its customer base and increase capacity and production space.
