MILWAUKEE, Wis. (May 14, 2013) — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that Patricia M. Hutter, a partner in the firm’s Milwaukee office, was appointed to the Wisconsin Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth’s (“ACG Wisconsin”) board of directors.

Hutter is a member of the firm’s Corporate Services Practice Group and serves as national chair of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Team. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyout transactions, private equity investments and other business transactions, in addition to corporate matters. She received both her law degree, cum laude, and undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois.
