MILWAUKEE (March 8, 2012) –Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. is proud to announce Andrea F. Cataldo has joined its Corporate Practice Group in the Milwaukee office location.
Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Cataldo was an attorney at Meissner Tierney Fisher & Nichols S.C., where she focused her practice on various transactional matters, including corporate and business organization and governance; mergers, acquisitions and business transactions; tax law and succession planning.
At Godfrey & Kahn, Cataldo will focus her practice on mergers, acquisitions and general corporate matters.
Cataldo received her bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and earned her J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University, where she served as a Note & Comment Editor of the Marquette Law Review.
