MILWAUKEE, Wis. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that Kristin A. Occhetti, an attorney in the Firm’s Milwaukee office, has been appointed to the trust committee of ARC of Greater Milwaukee.
Ms. Occhetti is a member of the Firm’s Trusts & Estates group focusing her practice on estate planning and wealth preservation strategies for individuals, small business owners and professionals. Her experience includes preparing wills, trusts, financial and health care powers of attorney and planning traditional bypass trusts and marital deductions, generation-skipping transfer taxes, and asset protections.
She earned her law degree, cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and her bachelor’s degree in Anthropology-Zoology from the University of Michigan.
